It’s safe to say that John is one of the most well-built actors of B-Town. Sure he must have a fixed and limited diet to keep that sexy bod maintained! And that’s true too; his everyday breakfast consists of 6 egg whites, 4 slices of toast with butter, 10 almonds and a huge glass of juice ONLY.
